An expert in the positioning and promotion of brands, Bowman’s background is rooted in agency and consultancy, where she worked in senior positions leading multi-faceted, multi-platform projects, events and initiatives across a breadth of new, emerging brands and established names including:
Amazon Fashion, Assouline, Barbara Sturm, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, Calvin Klein, Carolina Herrera, Elephant West, G Star-RAW, Karl Lagerfeld, Kering Eyewear (Alaia, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Cartier, Gucci, Montblanc, Puma and Saint Laurent), Longchamp, Pestle & Mortar, Pixi, Preen by Thornton Bregazzi, Rosewood Baha Mar, Sea, Shopbop, Swire Hotels (The House Collective and East Hotels), The Sustainable Angle & Future Fabrics Expo, Victorinox and Vince.
As UK Managing Director of a global creative communications agency, she directed the Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, Digital, HR and Finance functions, where client strategies were focused on building brand love, establishing meaningful connections and communities and generating footfall and traffic.
Prior to this, Catherine was Global Head of Public Relations at NET-A-PORTER. During her tenure, she created and implemented a brand strategy focused on awareness, further benchmarking NET-A-PORTER’s leading global position. She worked with the Executive team to define the brand messaging and managed a global PR network.
Catherine launched her consultancy in 2020, specialising in creating and implementing bespoke on and offline communications strategies to drive visibility and sales for pioneering start-ups and established brands. Sectors include Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Lifestyle, Well-being and Travel.
